All of our charters include your stay at our B&B, all the equipment needed to land a trophy fish and the processing and care of your fish during your stay.  You will be able to take your fish with you on the airlines or have it sent via UPS or FedEx to your home.  If you choose the later route, be sure you have someone that can receive the fish since it will possibly get home before you do.

Our prices include everything you will need to have an enjoyable trip with us except for fly-fishing equipment, licenses and King salmon stamp.  Licenses and King salmon stamp can be purchased locally or on the Internet.  We are unable to offer alcoholic beverages because of local ordinances.  It is advised that you bring these items with you.

Day Trips
Day trips are $300 per person.  Clients are picked up and returned to Anton Larsen Bay.  These special trips can be arranged by contacting us via e-mail or telephone to determine availability.  This trip requires a minimum of four (4) clients. 
 
When planning your trip, we urge you to consider a few things.  In addition to a spectacular fishing experience, you will be able to see and live the Alaska Native experience in an authentic Alaskan Native Village.  Port Lions is only 20 air miles from the City of Kodiak, but we are a world away.  Come and experience our lifestyle and see our village.  This will truly be a once in a lifetime experience for you.

You may also want to take this opportunity to see a part of Alaska that few people get to experience.  There are not a lot of cruise ships that have the opportunity to dock in Kodiak.  If you would like to see some of the Emerald Isle after or before your stay with us, let us know. We can recommend lodging and other things to make your stay more enjoyable.

Spend a little time in Kodiak. Rent a car and drive the Kodiak Road System, which is less than 100 miles long.   Take a stroll through the Fort Abercrombie State Historic Park.  This was an Army outpost during World War II.  There are many interesting relics there.  There are campsites and many trails to hike.  Continue driving north to the end of the Monashka Bay Road at the head of Termination Point Trail and enjoy a hike.  There are spectacular views along this scenic route, such as the view of Monashka Bay to your left.  In addition to the incredible scenery, you are likely to see some of our wildlife.  Be sure to bring your camera and lots of film.

A drive south of the city will bring additional adventures.  This is a very scenic drive with numerous places to stop and enjoy panoramic views of the ocean and the mountains.  Start your adventure in the City and drive past the Coast Guard Base to Kalsin Bay, where you may get a glimpse of a mountain goat.  You will also see waterfowl along this route.  You will pass a few fresh water salmon streams.  Continue on to the "Y" in the road.  Taking the fork to your left will take you to Chiniak and the "End of the Road."  The picture to your right was taken along this route.  It gives you a glimpse of some of our surf and our black sand beaches.  There is also a local winery in the area.  There are also World War II bunkers and gun sites that you can inspect.

When you drive back to the "Y" in the road, if you continue straight, you will go to Pasagshak.  In addition to spectacular scenery, such as the pass to your left, and a chance to view wildlife, you may get to see some of the buffalo.  This is a private herd that free ranges in the Pasagshak area.  There are restrooms and camping and picnic areas that you may use.  This area is popular for the Red salmon run.  A drive to the end of this road will allow you to see the missile site and some spectacular beaches.  This will be a day of sightseeing that you will remember.  A meal at one of Kodiak's fine restaurants will top off a nice day.
